Minutes of the Extraordinary Meeting of Partney and Dalby Parish Council held 7pm
25th June 2024 in the Victory Hall, Partney

18. Apologies were received from Cllr Middleton. These were accepted.
19. No declarations of interest were received.
20. The following planning applications were discussed:
Application reference N/136/00853/24 for alterations to existing dwelling including the demolition of existing conservatory, which is a listed building, and erection of vehicular and pedestrian access gates with a maximum height of 2.25 metres at Partney Hall, Spilsby Road, Partney.
Application reference N/136/00861/24 for Listed Building Consent - Extension and alterations to existing dwelling, to include the demolition of the existing conservatory and extension on site of an existing cloakroom which is to be demolished to provide a lobby at Partney Hall, Spilsby Road.
Application reference N/136/00873/24 - Erection of a detached 4 bay garage with first floor office and storage (works commenced) at Park House, Spilsby Road, Partney.
It was resolved to support the applications for Partney Hall. The proposal for Park House was considered to dominate the site and would have an impact on neighbouring properties. It was resolved to object to this application.
21. No reports were made.
22. It was noted that the next meeting of the Parish Council would be Tuesday 9th July at 7pm.
The meeting closed at 7.13pm.
