Partney is a small village and civil parish in East Lindsey Lincolnshire. It is situated three miles to the north of Spilsby and is in on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is twelve miles to the Lincolnshire coast and the seaside town of Skegness. Partney is at the intersection of two major roads the A16 and A158. A village bypass was constructed in 2005 to ease the traffic congestion from the coast.
Dalby village is situated approximately one mile along the A16 to the north of Partney. Dalby church is dedicated to St. Lawrence and Bishop Edward King and is Grade two listed.
