NOTES
1. The ‘Grant of Exclusive Right of Burial’ shall subsist for a period of 50 years from the date of grant.
2. The form of application should be completed and forwarded to the Clerk to the Parish Council, 4 Church Lane, Hundleby, Lincolnshire. PE23 5NA
3. No guarantee as to the Exclusive Right of Burial can be given until such time as the fee has been paid and the formal grant issued.
4. The selection of the grave space is in all cases to be at the discretion of the Parish Clerk
